Troy Collier

Founder & Lead Developer

Founder and lead developer at Digital VisionWorks. Background in the DJ and nightlife industry, motocross enthusiast, and builder of niche products for real communities. Troy writes most of the code, makes the architecture decisions, and talks directly to every client. The team behind DVW brings 17+ years of combined production experience to every project.

Why a small team matters

Big agencies sell process. We sell output. When there's no middle layer between the client and the code, things move faster, decisions are sharper, and the final product actually matches what was asked for.

Every project in our portfolio was built by the same people you'd be working with. That continuity matters because institutional knowledge does not get lost in handoffs.

We augment the team with AI-first workflows and bring in specialists when a project calls for it. But the core decisions, the architecture, and the craft stay in-house.
